Team & sponsorship applications

When you apply, we store your name, email, location, selected roles, portfolio link, experience, availability, proposed collaboration terms, and any sponsor details you provide, together with your submission date and review status. Your submission records your agreement to contact about this application.

These answers are stored with the website and available only to the brand owner for reviewing applications and discussing collaborations. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing or create an employment, ownership, or sponsorship agreement. Please do not include identity documents, banking information, or confidential information in your answers.

To request a correction or deletion, email wailbourahli23@gmail.com using the email address on your application. We keep applications while considering a collaboration or until you request removal.

Stores, sellers, creators & athletes

Depending on your selected role, applications may also include your business name, sales channels, sales regions, estimated order volume, creator audience, preferred code, sport and achievements. These details are used to evaluate the partnership you requested.

Creator referral codes

When you use a creator link or apply a code, we store that code in a first-party browser cookie for 30 days. Applying another code replaces the previous one. You can remove it using the creator-code section on the homepage. This attribution does not follow you across devices.

At checkout, we store the creator code, agreed rate snapshot, timestamp and a random checkout reference. The reference and eligible promotion code are sent to Stripe to help reconcile purchases. The owner may record verified payment references, merchandise amounts, refunds and commission payout records for the creator program. Creator emails, rates and commission records are not publicly listed. The site does not automatically send commission payments.

Launch updates

When you join the launch list, WHALE PERFORMANCE stores your email, collection preference, signup source and the date you agreed to receive updates.

We use this information to contact you about the collection launch and understand which collection people are interested in. Joining does not place an order or reserve stock. We do not collect card or banking details on this website.

Your signup is stored with the website and available to the brand owner. If you later purchase, payment information is handled on Stripe's checkout page. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

To withdraw consent or request removal from the launch list, contact @whale_performance and identify the email you used. You can request removal at any time.

Collection images are AI design concepts. Product fabric, fit, price and delivery terms will be confirmed before the first drop goes on sale.
